These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TheRapidWebsiteBuild services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

TheRapidWebsiteBuild provides a done-for-you one-page website design and build service. The standard service includes:

• A single-page website with up to 6 core sections
• Mobile-friendly responsive design
• Basic brand styling (colours, fonts, logo placement)
• Basic SEO setup (meta title and description)
• Delivery within 72 hours of receiving all required materials

Advanced features such as booking systems, full copywriting, email marketing integration, e-commerce, or complex third-party integrations are not included in the standard package and may be quoted separately.

To place an order, complete the purchase through our checkout. After payment, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to submit your business details, brand assets, and any reference materials.

The 72-hour build period begins once we have received all necessary information from you. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the delivery timeline.

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card).

The Website Care Plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account or by contacting us.

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once work has begun. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase:

• If you change your mind before we have started any work, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• If the delivered site does not match the agreed scope, we will make reasonable revisions at no extra cost.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@rapidwebsitebuild.com.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Supply brand assets (logos, images, colour preferences) in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure you have the legal right to use all content and images you provide

Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final website design and code delivered to you. We retain the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

You warrant that any materials you provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any claims arising from content you supply.

The optional Website Care Plan (£19/month) includes hosting, uptime monitoring, small monthly edits, and priority email support. It can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.

"Small monthly edits" refers to minor text changes, image swaps, or link updates. Redesigns, new pages, or major structural changes are not included and will be quoted separately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheRapidWebsiteBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service in question.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you breach these terms, provide fraudulent information, or engage in behaviour that makes it unreasonable for us to continue working together.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
